If you choose this option the system will look and match records based on their ID in the system.

If you choose this option the system will look and match records based on their By CODE/AN/SKU in the system.

The import/edit has to be performed based on items location name. If location name does not exist in the system, we will create it for you. If you have not specified location in the columns above the choosen location below will be set to default for perfoming next operations.

The data from excel <b>cells</b> will be transfered in MY-DOX input <b>field</b> according to specified relation(mapping).<br /> If <b>item name</b> did not exist in database new with <b>zero</b> quantity will be created.<br /> If <b>lot</b> column exist in excel file, new lot will be created for the specified <b>item name</b>, if this lot exist for that name <b>only quantity</b> will be increased.<br /> If you specify <b>barcode column</b> in excel file system will use it to identify item by name and barcode, if <b>variant did not exist</b> new will be created.

Данните ще се <b>прехвърлят</b> съобразно <b>избраните</b> от Вас съответствия между <b>клетките на Excel</b> и MY-DOX полетата за въвеждане.<br />Ако артикула <b>не съществува</b> в базата данни ще бъде създаден с нулево количество.<br />Ако има колона с име <b>партида</b> в ексел таблицата, за артикула ще бъде създадена нова партида, а ако партидата за артикула <b>съществува</b> ще се <b>увеличи само количеството</b> след запазване на документа. <br />Ако има колона с данни за <b>баркод</b>, той ще бъде използван за идентифициране на артикула по <b>име и баркод</b> и ако комбинацията не съществува ще бъде <b>създадена<b>.
