This will put into storage the amount you specify as quantity of the product you enter now. The operation will just increase product quantities without purchase document. If you are writing now purchase document for the product that you are inserting now in the database you do not have to check this because the document itself or connected warehouse document (if you create one) will increase again quantities on stock.
