You can change the way system manage partner database, default discounts, payment terms, marketing tools

When sending any document to client you can give access to his documents (invoices, offers, contracts with this client).

Client will see all the documents that are issued to him from now on including old ones. When sending document you can just attach pdf version of the document without creating user access to system.

You can control system behaviour also from popup window when sending document to the partner and this value you choose here will be selected by default in that popup.

When ON system accounts can not be created at all. This will affect functions like sharing documents, invite staff and accountants, invite chat partners, secure chat, secure documents sharing, sending crypted keys etc.

<b>Disable</b> user account creation at all.

It sets the default partner automatically filled in when new document is created
