New expense item/service

This will save your new item in stock database without purchase document. You can include it in your future sales or purchase documents. You can fill your inventory and create appropriate purchase document using stock menu

inc. TAX

The client price must be written with the tax fee included. For example, if the price is 6.00 including 20% VAT, you write 6.00 inside the input field.

excl. TAX

The supplier price must be written without the tax fee selected on the right. The program will add it automatically afterwards. For example, if the price is 1.20 including 20% VAT, you write 1.00 inside the input field.

This will put into storage the amount you specify as quantity of the product you enter now. The operation will just increase product quantities without purchase document. If you are writing now purchase document for the product that you are inserting now in the database you do not have to check this because the document itself or connected warehouse document (if you create one) will increase again quantities on stock.
