You can crypt and sign the content of your message using your own private certificate issued and managed from MY-DOX (or generated from another CA) and be sure that no other than receiver of your message will see the message. Manage your certificates and key from Menu->Settings. Please keep in mind that it is important to send decryption key using a separate communication channel to achieve maximum security.
