If you set this option to ON, when new item is going to be taken into storage (with purchase document) with different purchase price and no lot is specified instead of increase stock availability of the existing lot MY-DOX will automatically create new lot of the item (with new purchase price) and with quantity specified in the current purchase document. These way you can track correctly cost price for the consistent accounting module information and correct company profit and loses reports and analyses.

When sending any document to client you can give access to his documents (invoices, offers, contracts with this client).

Client will see all the documents that are issued to him from now on including old ones. When sending document you can just attach pdf version of the document without creating user access to system.

You can control system behaviour also from popup window when sending document to the partner and this value you choose here will be selected by default in that popup.
